Returns & Exchanges

 

Shop with confidence knowing if you change your mind or aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, we accept returns provided you meet the below conditions.
Please note that this policy only applies to items purchased via the Replay Australia online store.

 

Our Returns Policy

 

We appreciate it's not always easy buying the perfect product online and we understand that you may need to return or exchange items occasionally. You may return or exchange your online purchase by posting it back to our online store, ensuring the below criteria is met.

- The product is returned within a 30-day change of mind period

- You return the product in its original condition, unworn and with the tags attached

- Supply your store receipt/tax invoice or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase


Returning Online

 

- Before requesting a return for your order, please take care in ensuring that the product is in a new, unworn condition and the box or packaging is not damaged. We suggest placing returns in a plain shipping satchel and affixing the label to this. Before completing your return, ensure you have your Order ID and email address handy.

- Complete the required information and generate your postage label

Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

- Post your parcel to our online returns warehouse

- Once received, it typically takes 3 - 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return has been finalised.

 

Exchange Requests

 

If you wish to exchange your order for another Replay item, please list what product you wish to swap it over with in the comments section via our returns portal.


On receiving your returned item we will gladly send you at your request a replacement garment if it’s available or refund your purchase price (excluding the postage fee).

 

Returning In Store

 

Providing your order meets the above conditions, you can return or exchange your order at any Replay store by providing a copy of your receipt within the 30 days returns period.


Please note that in store purchases cannot be returned via the online returns portal.

Faulty Products

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
